All of you that wish to have a flash drive for your iDevice, you can soon.
Pre other the iStick.
Sort of expensive, but if you’ve got these secret files, you know. Smile.
Here’s the article.

Coolness.
Almost all of my issues with iDevices have been eliminated through explanations here on the boards, and now, yet another one has disappeared. I was honestly considering getting an iPad Mini after hearing all of this. But my final hurtle is one that has just been demonstrated once more. Everything for Apple is proprietary and expensive. I can easily go to Ebay and buy brand new flash drives, that work on Windows and Linux, starting at 64gb, for under $70. Most times, they're less than that. Even for compact flash, which is usually more expensive than flash drives, $129 for 8gb is ridiculous, unless it's the absolute top-of-the-line, which no home user could ever need. Even a simple Apple usb keyboard costs $60. At least, it did when I got one. Admittedly, the quality is good. But it's no Model M, and again, it's proprietary. This is why I've often heard Apple products described as being made for rich people, or at least, people who don't mind spending a fortune for common place items.
This drive can actually be used on a PC as well. I'd not, but you could.
The price will drop as they sell more of them.

meh, this is assuming that the included software is accessible in the first place. I doubt it. and it is really expensive.
The device I've posted about is like connecting extra storage. No softwear required.
Mophy offers a case for the iPhone now as well, that when the phone is inside adds storage. But the phone has to always be in the case.
That ones not expensive, but not a true flash drive, or portable device.

@ forereel,The device I've posted about is like connecting extra storage. No softwear required.
An included app will allow you to copy and move files between your iDevice and the iStick. You'll also be able to view documents, photos, and videos; listen
to music; and back up snapshots from your Camera Roll.
... no software? hahaha
Saw this media WiFi hub for 24.995 two days ago. A great idea.
